REFUND POLICY
As I am a small independent business and a third party seller for Ayurveda Pura I do not offer refunds except in special circumstances. Hopefully you will be happy with your products, if you do have a problem please get in touch.
Ayurveda Pura's refund policy is that if in the unlikely event that you are not happy with Ayurveda Pura products that you have ordered, you have the right to cancel the your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods in relation to orders made by telephone or online. Where goods have been delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. You will need to give them your name, address, customer number (if possible), when you obtained the product and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
